SHIPPING:
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 3 to 9 business days using Canada Post's delivery standard. Other shipping options are available at checkout. We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on location, amount and weight of the order.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer free flat rate shipping for most orders within Canada.
All orders over $100.00 come with FREE shipping.

RETURNS & CONTACT
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Freaky Deaky Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at freakydeakyinc_customerconnect@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
